Integration with Aasthi

SPARK's Integration with e-Inventory Mangement Applicaiton to SPARK has been suuccessfully tested and completed.

Integration with IMG

SPARK's Integration with IMG Online Application:  First phase for fetching the data from SPARK application has been successfully completed. In the second phase, the details of training attended by the Government Employees in IMG will be updated in the Training  Module of SPARK

STQC testing of SPARK

• Functionality Testing has been completed and the final report forwarded by STQC has been transmitted to the developer NIC for making rectification pointed out in the report.
• Security Auditing was completed and report was forwarded to NIC for rectification.
• Usability Testing was completed and report was forwarded to NIC for rectification.
• Performance Testing was completed and report was forwarded to NIC for rectification

Instruction for the Implementation of SPARK

Government vide Circular No. 4917/B2/09/ITD dated 13/05/2009 have issued detailed instructions on implementation of SPARK (for Data Entry, Updating of Data etc).

SDOs Bills through SPARK System

In Circular No. 79690/Accts.B1/07/Fin dated 18/04/2009 it has been directed that all Self Drawing Officers in Finance Department should be switched over to the SPARK system for preparing their salary/establishment bills and the bills from 04/2009 onwards must be prepared through the system without fail.

It is also informed that the bills not prepared through SPARK will not be accepted by the Sub Treasury Officer, Secretariat from 4/2009 onwards.

Details of GPF Subscription along with Salary Bill of March 2009

In Circular No.21/2009/Fin dated 12/03/2009 Government have directed that all Self Drawing Officers / Drawing and Disbursing Officers to furnish the details of PF subscription in the format provided in the Circular cited above along with the GPF Schedule Form T.R 104, attached with the salary bills for March 2009 .

The provision for the above schedule is incorporated in SPARK under the Menu Salary Matters GPF Subscription Details

SPARK-Braodband Connectivity to Offices from BSNL

Government vide GO(Rt) No. 38/2009/ITD dated 24-02-2009 have decided to issue permissve sanction to offices where no braodband Connection / KSWAN is available for implementation of SPARK, to take braodband connection from BSNL as below

The Scheme is with 1GB/month download/upload limit with payment as below.

 

One Year payment if paid in advance @ Rs. 200 X 10  = Rs. 2000
S T @ 12.36 %  = Rs. 247.20 
Modem Charges @ Rs. 50 X 12 = Rs. 600

Total = Rs. 2921.36

Note:- Broadband Conenction will be discontinued as and when KSWAN connectivity is provided to these offices

Annual Filing of Property Returns for State Government Officers in Secretariat time extended

The Annual filing of Property Retuns - 2008 for Government Employees of General Administration Department,Finance Departemnt and Law Department under the filing authority General Administration(Secret Section) Department and the Filing Authority General Administration(Strictly Confidential) Departmentis being filed using SPARK whose last date has been extended to 25th March 2009.

Annual Filing of Property Returns for Motor Vehicles Department

The Annual filing of Property Retuns - 2008 for  Employees of Motor Vehicles Department is being filed using SPARK from this year onwards. The filing will be made online from 16th February 2009 to 28th February 2009
